How long does a 47kg propane bottle last?
It depends on what it runs. As a guide, a 47kg bottle feeding a range cooker and hob alone can last a couple of months; running central heating in January it might last 1–2 weeks. Two on an auto-changeover gives you time to order the next one.
Can I have a 47kg cylinder delivered to my house?
Yes. We deliver 47kg cylinders with our own vehicles and put them in place for you. You need a level, ventilated spot outside, at least 1m from doors and drains.
Do I need a cylinder charge?
Only for your first cylinder. If you already have a compatible empty to swap, choose “Exchange” and there is no charge.
