What happens on delivery day
- You choose a delivery day at checkout
- We text you the morning of delivery
- The driver puts the cylinder where it goes, upright and secure
- Your empty goes back on the van
- Heavy cylinders (19kg and 47kg) are moved with a sack truck, not left at the kerb
Our drivers are the same fleet team that runs RR Access scaffolding kit to sites, trained to carry and secure gas cylinders. Nobody needs to sign a parcel scanner.
If no one is home, tell us where to leave the cylinder in the order notes. It must be outside, upright and ventilated.

Carry cylinders upright and secured, with a window open. Take them straight home and out of the vehicle.
Exchange, new cylinders and charges
Gas cylinders stay the property of the company that filled them. When you buy gas you either swap an empty, or pay a one-off refundable cylinder charge for a new one. Return the cylinder and we refund the charge.
Industrial and welding cylinders are rent-free: refundable deposit only. Lost or damaged cylinders are charged at the deposit value; damaged valve guards and valves are charged separately.
